In the mountain restaurants la MOTTA & CHARPPENA in Scuol, Canton of Graubünden, we were able to offer our services. One challenge at this key point was communicating with many people from different cultures and delivering the training in a way that was easily understood.
The 6 key points form the foundation for the collaboration between customers and Activgastro. Although the key point "TRAINING" requires significant preparation time for planning and the training itself, we establish a sustainable structure through it.
“Through training, ensuring successful implementation!"
The key point "TRAINING" is one of the most important aspects in the implementation of the entire service or project chosen by the customer. Through it, we give all involved employees the opportunity to understand the processes, ask questions, and clarify situations. Employees are intentionally confronted with existing challenges, so that everyone can understand the changes in the next step, the "IMPLEMENTATION" process.

Due to the different language cultures, the training was divided into four language groups: German, Italian, Portuguese, and English.
On this day, we held a training session on hygiene. The task was assigned by the restaurant manager, Evelin Michel.
Due to the lack of German language skills, many employees were unable to familiarize themselves with or understand the HACCP concept and Swiss hygiene standards.
Thanks to this training, the restaurants "LA MOTTA & CHARPPENA" were able to gain more expertise and security for their employees in this area. All 25 participants were highly engaged and were also able to benefit from Activgastro language skills.
Although the training lasted 3 hours, we are very satisfied with the result. Both the management and the employees were able to identify weaknesses and gained more confidence in the implementation process.
