Contact enquiries
When you use the enquiry form, we process the company, contact and project details you enter in order to respond and organise a potential collaboration. This information is stored in the Activgastro control panel.
Online appointments with Google Calendar and Google Meet
For an online booking, we send your company, name, email address, optional telephone number and country, topic, message, date and time to Google to create the calendar event, invitation and Meet link. The booking and your complete message are also saved in the Activgastro control panel and CRM. Appointment confirmations are sent through our email server. When you open the Meet link, Google processes the data required for the video meeting.
Administration area
The internal control area is protected. On sign-in, identity data from the signed-in account is processed to verify access and attribute administrative actions.
Technical operation
When you visit the website, technically necessary connection and security data may be processed. This supports reliable delivery, error analysis and website protection.
Retention period
We retain personal information only for as long as required to process the enquiry, manage the business relationship and comply with legal documentation and retention duties. Data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised.
