Can I combine consulting areas?
Yes. For example, an operational analysis can be followed by training and implementation support. Your proposal sets out the specific services and deliverables.
How is the price determined?
After the free introductory consultation, we calculate your project based on the agreed scope and work required. You receive a transparent proposal before we begin. Additional services are agreed in advance.
